In Cincinnati, many young professionals believe they are not receiving the recognition they need and find it difficult to further develop their personal and professional brands. This has led to a growing epidemic of people moving to other cities to pursue their careers and seek acknowledgement elsewhere. We believe we can show young professionals that they can in fact make a name for themselves here at Empower GENNOW by providing a platform to honor their achievements, celebrate their success, and further their growth. Nominations for our lists are made by leaders from various Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations.
